- 1 egg

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Dash of hot sauce (optional)

How to Make Blossom Onion Bites

Step 1: Prep the Onions
- Peel onions and slice into 1-inch petals or wedges, keeping the layers intact. Separate into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Make the Batter

- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk and egg.
